OH-16: Ohio Society of CPAs Endorses John Boccieri

Canton, OH - The Ohio Society of CPAs has endorsed State Sen. John Boccieri's candidacy for U.S. Congress in Ohio's 16th Congressional District.

The society has a membership of 23,000 Certified Public Accountants statewide providing financial management and accounting services for businesses, government, organizations and individuals. In its endorsement, the Society said it is backing Boccieri because he will "be a positive influence in Washington."

Boccieri said in response to the endorsement:

"I'm pleased to have the Ohio Society of CPAs' support in our campaign to change Congress. If there's anybody who understands that Washington needs to start living within its means like working families, it's our state's Certified Public Accountants."

The Ohio Society of CPAs provides professional support for its members, serves as their advocate to government and the general public, and encourages educational opportunities to foster the next generation of CPAs.
